Shipping

What are your shipping methods?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders will be shipped standard business mail with items arriving in 5-10 business days.

Shipments being delivered outside of the United States may be subject to that country's customs and / or duties fees. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees.

How much does shipping cost me?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Can I track my order?

All products with expedited shipping as the selected option will be provided tracking information.

General questions

Do you accept orders via Phone or E-mail?

No, orders may only be placed online or in-person.

Do you also have a physical store?

No, currently products are only available online.

Do I have the right to return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.
